Teresita Maria Couso is a dedicated Realtor Associate and proud South Florida native who brings over 20 years of proven sales and negotiation experience to the real estate industry. Before transitioning into real estate, Teresita built a successful career in chemical distribution sales, where she specialized in developing and maintaining business relationships with cosmetic, paint, and household cleaner manufacturers. Her commitment to excellence earned her the prestigious President’s Circle Champion Sales Award in 2016, 2018, and 2020.
In addition to her sales background, Teresita has hands-on experience in home remodeling, staging, and landscaping—skills she cultivated through years of working on home improvement projects for family and friends. As a homeowner and property manager of two rental properties, she understands firsthand the needs of buyers, sellers, investors, and renters.
