The property sold after two months, and I made a $60,000 profit on my first real estate transaction. Since then I have moved to Savannah, GA, because of my work, but if I were living in South Florida, I would still be working with Eli. Anytime I look for a real estate agent now, I look for someone who has the same or similar qualities as Eli. She has set the bar in my book. I strongly recommend her to you.
